Community Support Workers

Our Community Support Workers have the rewarding role of caring for people in their homes, enabling their overall independence.

Your day-to-day workload will be varied, from providing personal care (showering, dressing), meal preparation and domestic duties, to social support, shopping assistance, pet care and transport. Additional responsibilities can include fitting and removal of pressure stockings, respite and assisting with medication.

What Is Required

We are looking for special people.

A caring nature, comfortable with driving and transporting clients and working on your own.

You either have experience working in aged care, community or experience in caring responsibilities. Perhaps you would like a career change in helping our elderly community – Traineeships are available! *Eligibility applies*

Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination and Covid vaccination

Acceptable National Police Clearance less than 6 months old

Pass pre-employment physical assessment and reference checks

Available to attend a paid compulsory 2-week induction/ training to help you get started at our training institute in Rivervale Mon-Fri 8am - 4.30pm.

Each month we host an assessment centre for eligible candidates, to discuss the role and answer any of your questions. During the assessment centre, our team will ask you a variety of job related questions and get a feel for whether you are suitable for the role.
