What can I expect at the interview?
At Amana Living we conduct both pre-recorded and face to face interviews. However due to recent COVID-19 events, video interviews are becoming more frequently used.
Video Interviews will be sent to you via an emailed link. You will be able to take the interview at a time and place that is convenient for you. We ask that the interview is completed as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of receiving the email. It is important that you present as you would for an interview, however we are also very aware that interruptions can occur when you are doing this from home or in a public space! Don’t be alarmed, we take this all into consideration.
Face to Face interviews can be with our Recruitment Team in the first instance, or with one of our Managers. The questions asked in the video interview and face to face interview will be similar. A face to face interview for our direct care roles is most likely to occur at a facility, or at one of our corporate offices.
