Employment Status for traineeship eligibility
As part of the traineeship you will become an employee of Amana Living for a minimum period of 12 months. On successful completion of your traineeship program you may continue to work with Amana Living to enhance your career in the care industry.

Who can become a trainee?
Anyone of working age, who is interested in a career in aged care,
can become a trainee for Amana Living (subject to citizenship or visa
conditions).
A trainee must be employed on a full-time or permanent part-time basis.
What is a traineeship contract?
A traineeship contract is a formal training and employment agreement
between an employer, employee and Registered Training Organisation
(RTO). In this case, it would be between the successful trainee, Amana
Living and the Amana Living Training Institute.
Training contracts are registered with State or Territory training authorities.
