Registered Nurses

They assess and document residents' needs, create personalised care plans, and work to improve their quality of care. What Is Required

We are looking for special people.

Residential Care RNs:

  • Complete assessments and documentation for residents, ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documentation
  • Provide coaching, education and support to the team
  • Supervise the delivery of care on a daily basis by the care team
  • Comply with Amana Living policies and procedures, and contributes to continuous and quality improvement practice

Home Care RNs:

  • Adopt a client centred approach aligned to providing high quality support and clinical care to clients who desire to stay at home 
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, implementing and evaluating the outcomes 
  • Work in partnership with clients, their families, internal stakeholders and other health professionals to determine factors that affect, or could potentially affect, the health and wellbeing of our clients
